Complaint & Grievance Policy

This policy applies to all complaints or grievances regarding any aspect of Ade’s Global Foundation’s programs, personnel, services, operational practices, or partner interactions.

1. Purpose
Ade’s Global Foundation Inc. (“the Foundation”) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its technology resources and all data it manages. This Technology & Data Security Policy establishes standards and procedures to safeguard information assets, minimize risks, and ensure continuity of operations in support of our mission to empower privileged youth.
 
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, volunteers, contractors, and third parties who access or manage Ade’s Global Foundation’s digital systems, networks, applications, and data.
 
3. Acceptable Use
Technology resources provided by the Foundation must be used primarily for organizational purposes aligned with our mission.
Users must not engage in activities that compromise security, violate laws, or negatively impact the Foundation’s reputation.
Installation of unauthorized software or hardware on Foundation systems is prohibited.
4. Access Control
User access is assigned based on job role and principle of least privilege.
Each user is provided unique login credentials and must maintain the confidentiality of passwords.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enforced for access to sensitive systems and data.
Access rights are regularly reviewed and updated following personnel or role changes.
5. Data Protection
All sensitive personal, financial, and operational data must be stored securely using encryption where feasible.
Data backups are performed regularly and stored securely offsite or in the cloud to enable timely recovery.
Data transfers across networks are protected by secure protocols such as SSL/TLS.
Physical security controls protect servers, data storage devices, and network equipment from unauthorized access.

Media & Communication Policy

1. Purpose
Ade’s Global Foundation Inc. is dedicated to clear, consistent, and responsible communication with the public, media, donors, beneficiaries, partners, and other stakeholders. This Media & Communications Policy establishes standards for all official messaging and media interactions to protect the Foundation’s reputation, ensure accuracy, and support our mission to empower underprivileged youth.
 
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, volunteers, representatives, contractors, and Board members involved in creating or disseminating content or speaking on behalf of the Foundation across all platforms, including digital media, traditional media, print, and public events.
 
3. Authorized Spokespersons
Only designated individuals are authorized to represent Ade’s Global Foundation in media engagements and public statements.
The Executive Director, Board Chair, and Communications Officer are primary spokespersons. Other staff may speak publicly only with prior approval from the Executive Director.
4. Media Inquiries
All media inquiries must be directed promptly to the Communications Officer at adesglobalfoundationgrants@gmail.com or by calling 888-681-9001.
The Communications Officer will coordinate responses, arrange interviews, and ensure messaging is consistent with the Foundation’s mission and values.

This Fundraising and Gift Acceptance Policy ensures that all fundraising activities and gift acquisitions align with our organizational values, legal requirements, and strategic goals. It promotes transparency, accountability, and stewardship of donor resources while respecting donor intent.
 
2. Scope
This policy applies to all types of gifts and donations received by Ade’s Global Foundation Inc., including but not limited to:
 
Monetary donations (cash, checks, online gifts)
In-kind donations (goods, services, supplies)
Real property (land, buildings)
Securities and financial instruments
Planned and deferred gifts (bequests, trusts, annuities)
3. Ethical Fundraising Practices
Ade’s Global Foundation Inc. adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing fundraising, including tax regulations. The Foundation operates in accordance with the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Code of Ethical Principles and Standards and commits to:
